As parents ourselves, it's important to honor and uphold each tutoring session the same way we would want our own children to be taught.

TLC Tutoring = The Learning Curve.
When learning or struggling with a new concept, one requires adequate time to figure it out. We provide students with a safe space to make mistakes and to LEARN from them, without shame or embarrassment. We take as much time as needed until the skills are learned and both teacher and student feel confident to move on.

Lastly, TLC Tutoring is named after our founder = Tutor Leni Caldera.
Leni decided to create TLC Tutoring to connect with students on a personal level. She wanted students to have someone to talk to, someone to listen to them & someone to care for them. She believes that the world would be a much better place if every child grew up feeling valued and cared for.
