READING
We offer a completely structured K-3 reading program focused on Phonological Awareness. Students will learn how to read while having fun! Choose between small group class sizes (2-5 students) or individualized instruction. Ideal for new readers or students who require additional practice or interventions.
PRE-K / KINDERGARTEN
We use a fully-developed Kindergarten and Pre-K curriculum. Through exploration, play, & positive reinforcement, children become more confident and intrinsically motivated. Our teachings work well with special education, English language development, and children with special needs or learning difficulties. Through the use of multisensory interactive games, children can see, hear and touch as they learn.

DYSCALCULIA

Dyscalculia is a condition that affects the ability to acquire mathematical skills. People with dyscalculia can have trouble with math in different ways. Signs vary from person to person & can look different at different ages. Some have difficulty understanding simple number concepts or they lack an intuitive grasp of numbers. Others have problems learning number facts and procedures. Our tutors can help by using Multisensory instruction, online manipulatives and assistive technology. With specialized learning strategies, we can help children with Dyscalculia compensate for difficulties and help them to approach math more confidently.
WRITING
In the United States, only 27% of 8th and 12th graders perform at grade level in writing. Educational standards require students to write more in all subjects, but teachers are often not adequately prepared to teach writing. We use an evidence-based, proven instructional method that enables students to master the skills that are essential if they are to become skilled writers. In turn, those skills equip students to become better readers, to communicate more effectively in writing & speaking, and most importantly, to elevate their level of thinking.
TEST PREP
Empowering Students:
Want to feel more confident when taking tests? Rather than cramming or procrastinating, we help students prepare themselves by reviewing content, improving their note-taking, and preparing outlines. Developing an ability to do well on tests requires time and practice. We help students organize their thoughts and notes to feel calm and confident on test days.
